Cancellation Policy
At The Fourth, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your package. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice
Cancellation requests must be made at least 4 days before your package is due to start.
Rescheduling and refunds
You may reschedule your package without any additional charges if you provide at least 4 days' notice, subject to availability.
Refund Policy
Cancellations made after the 4-day notice period will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 4 days before the scheduled package start date.
If you cancel within the 4-day notice period, your deposit can be applied to a rescheduled appointment.
Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to an emergency. We will do our best to accommodate you.
